Extensions

This extension for Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus will send an email to event organizers whenever a user registers for their event. The content of the email includes a link to the event’s attendees page. The extension works with RSVPs and tickets created with WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, or Tickets Commerce.

Where this extension really shines is when it is used with The Events Calendar and our Community Events add-on. That way, anyone submitting an event to the calendar and listed themselves as the organizer will be automatically notified when someone registers for the event and have a direct link to the list of attendees for the event.

Usage

This extension can be installed and activated like any other WordPress plugin. Notification emails will be automatically sent as new event registrations occur.

The event must have an organizer assigned to it and the organizer must include a valid email address for the email to send properly.
